Weather - Dry, warm and muggy
                                  Pitch -
very firm

Pontardawe struggled through their 7th game in 14 days and, despite some chances, could only manage a 1-1 draw with bottom club Caerleon

Energy levels looked low throughout the game despite Ponty taking an early lead through a well taken from Mark Nappieralla. The rest of the first half was quite forgettable and the second half was very similar. Luke Cueto got Caerleon's equaliser mid way through the half. Ponty had a number of opportunities but the final pass or shot never came.

All this can be excused as everyone, both on and off the field, have worked their socks off in the last two weeks with 10 home games (First team and Youth) so full credit to everyone. With Bridgend Town away on Tuesday followed by a trip to Caldicot on Saturday there is little time for us to catch our breath but we remain positive that we will spend 2010-2011 in Welsh League Division One and, possibly, at our new ground.

The above link will open a video of the action in WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER Ver 11. ( For Windows XP). Windows Media Player for other Windows operating systems (Windows ME, Windows 2000 etc) can be found here. Windows Vista has Media Player already built in. If you do not have Windows Media Player installed, please follow these links to download and install Windows Media Player. If anyone is using Linux as their operating system please let me know and I will test different solutions.

Some of the files are large and will stream from the server and will open in Media Player before the download completes ( if you are using Internet Explorer). If you are using Firefox as your browser the file will download completely before opening in Windows Media Player - a fast Broadband connection is always recommended. Remember to turn your speakers on. Please be patient with the larger files as they will buffer on your PC first.
